Arezoo A. Bahar, DDS Prosthodontist
Meet Your Doctor
Dr. Arezoo Bahar graduated in 1990 from the United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospitals at the University of London in England. She subsequently moved to the United States to pursue advanced specialty training, earning her Certificate in Prosthodontics from the University of Maryland in Baltimore in 1994, followed by a fellowship in Implant Prosthodontics in 1995.
During her postgraduate training, Dr. Bahar was mentored by Dr. John Davliakos. His unwavering dedication to clinical excellence—and his compassionate, caring approach to patients—profoundly influenced her philosophy of care. Inspired by his example, she followed him into private practice in Annapolis, where she has had the privilege of caring for generations of patients, many of whom she considers friends and family.
Dr. Bahar is passionate about lifelong learning and remains actively involved in local and national dental study clubs. She approaches every complex case as a puzzle to be thoughtfully solved, often collaborating with specialists throughout the dental community to achieve the best possible outcome for each patient.
Together with Dr. Debbie Odell, Dr. Bahar co-led a Spear Study Club focused on advancing clinical skills, strengthening interdisciplinary communication, and maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
Dr. Bahar is deeply grateful for the trust her patients place in her and for the exceptional team members whose dedication makes outstanding care possible every day.
Dr. Bahar lives on Kent Island with her husband, an engineer. They share a love of travel and enjoy exploring the world together. They have two grown children, both physicians who have followed their own passions for lifelong learning and serving their patients.
Outside the office, Dr. Bahar loves cooking and bringing family and friends together around the table.
